Tankless Water Heater Conversion
Converted a failing 50-gallon tank into a wall-mounted tankless system with new copper piping and gas supply.
The homeowner's old tank heater was leaking and taking up valuable floor space in the utility room.
Project Scope
We removed the tank, ran a properly sized gas line, installed a wall-hung tankless unit with isolation valves for easy descaling, and re-piped the connections in copper.
