This downtown building's mechanical room was running on decades-old piping with failing valves and constant pinhole leaks. The owner needed a reliable system without a long shutdown.
Project Scope
Our crew pre-fabricated the copper headers off-site, then completed the changeover over two nights to keep tenants in service. Every branch now has isolation valves and labeling for easy maintenance.
